Evaluation requests and separate consent

Your evaluation begins with registration on the Pro2col site. Hercules Wellness does not require a separate evaluation form before that registration. After you tell us you completed Pro2col, you may request an optional complimentary in-person wellness conversation of approximately five minutes within the local service area. That conversation is wellness education and support, not medical care. For the optional local request, we collect the contact details and broad area of interest needed to respond. Please do not include sensitive medical information.

For the optional in-person request, required inquiry consent authorizes Germán Hércules or his team to respond using your preferred contact method. eStage processes the request and its answers. Inquiry consent does not subscribe you to marketing. A separate, unchecked optional checkbox may subscribe you to occasional Hercules Wellness tips and updates by email; unsubscribe anytime. The optional email box is not SMS consent. Selecting text message permits contact about this request only; it does not authorize SMS marketing. Hercules Wellness treats your statement that you completed Pro2col as self-reported and does not automatically verify your Pro2col account.

Information you provide

The guide form asks for your first name and email address. Last name and phone number are optional. Source or campaign labels included in the link you used may accompany your request. If you contact Germán, we receive the contact details and message you choose to share.

Please do not put diagnoses, medications, medical records, payment-card details or identification documents in this form or in a routine text message. The guide does not require health information.

How we use your information

We use these details to process your request, provide access to the guide, respond to questions you send us, maintain the contact record associated with your request, and review available source information. Requesting the guide alone does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Checking the optional email box opts you into occasional Hercules Wellness tips and updates by email. You can unsubscribe anytime. The free guide is available whether or not you check the box. You can choose to start a separate conversation with Germán.

Submitting the guide form does not enroll you in marketing texts, group chats, the Herbalife business opportunity or a separate online-business program. Those are separate choices. Neither submitting this form nor checking the optional email box gives SMS consent. Providing a phone number alone is not permission for automated marketing calls or texts.

Service providers and other websites

We use eStage to host the site and process form requests and contact records. Hosting, database, file-delivery and communication providers process information needed to operate these services. Germán and people authorized to help operate this service may access records for that purpose. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to address fraud and security incidents.

We do not sell guide-request contact information or provide it to advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not transfer it to the separate Hercules Success Center opportunity for marketing without your separate choice. If you follow a link to Herbalife or another service, its own privacy notice and terms govern what you provide there. Calls and texts also use your phone or messaging provider.

Browser storage and technical information

The site remembers your language choice in browser storage. You can remove it through your browser settings. Hosting, font and file-delivery services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested resource and request time when delivering pages or the guide. Campaign labels in a link help identify the source of a request.

The site uses its configured Meta Pixel and event tracking to measure page visits and actions, subject to site tracking settings. Evaluation events do not include your contact details, form answers or notes. A temporary session-storage marker helps count an evaluation redirect once; it contains no form answers. Campaign fields and a limited same-site referring path may accompany the request for internal source attribution. External sites operate under their own policies.

Your choices and requests

You can ask Germán to review or correct your contact information, limit further contact, or delete information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Use the contact options below. If you previously subscribed through a separate service, you can also use that service’s unsubscribe option. You may still receive a response to a specific request you initiate. We may retain a minimal opt-out record so your choice is respected.

Please identify the contact record involved and what you would like changed. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification method has first been agreed.

Retention and security

We retain information for the request or relationship it supports and for applicable legal, dispute-resolution and opt-out recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on the purpose and any required recordkeeping. No website or communication method can guarantee complete security.

About this service

Hercules Wellness is operated by Germán Hércules, an Herbalife Independent Distributor. This is his independent site. The free guide and educational conversations provide general information, not medical diagnosis, treatment or individualized dietetic care. Seven days is a starting period, not a promise of a particular health result. Consult an appropriately qualified professional about personal medical needs.

The guide is free; no purchase or business decision is required. The guide form does not take payment. For an existing product order, receipt or return, contact Germán with your order reference. The terms and return policy of the actual purchase channel apply; this page does not replace them. This service is intended for adults, and the guide form is not intended to collect information from children.

Updates to this notice

Effective date: September 24, 2026. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. For a material change, we will add a prominent notice here and, when appropriate, notify affected contacts before applying the new practice. Any newly required permission will be requested separately.
